    What drew me to Pilates: 

    I discovered Pilates two years ago at Project Reform and instantly fell in love with the way it builds strength, control, and confidence through movement.

    My teaching style & what you can expect in my classes: 

    Expect form-focused, challenging yet achievable flows that work your full body, with a spicy focus on core strength and a signature booty burn.

    • Reformer and Mat Pilates

    • Qualified in Pre/Postnatal Pilates training – so you’re in safe, supportive hands while you shake, sweat, and get stronger

    What drew me to Pilates:

    I was drawn to Pilates because of its focus on strength, control, and stability, and how good it makes both the body and mind feel. I love how intentional movement can build confidence and resilience while still being low impact and sustainable.

    My classes are strong, structured, and supportive. You can expect a focus on controlled, purposeful movement, clear guidance, and plenty of encouragement. I aim to challenge you while making sure you feel safe, capable, and supported throughout the session.

    What drew me to Pilates:


    I started Pilates when I moved overseas and was searching for a sense of community. What I found was so much more than a workout. I found connection, support, and a space where people could show up exactly as they were. That experience shaped the way I teach today. Creating a welcoming environment where people feel safe, seen, and strong in their bodies is at the heart of everything I do.

    My teaching is classically inspired, with a strong focus on flow, control, and building a deep mind body connection. I value intentional sequencing and thoughtful progressions that challenge you while still feeling supportive. You can expect strong foundations, burning core and glutes, and purposeful programming.

    • Certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates

    • Currently completing Pre and Postnatal Pilates training

    • Nursing student with an anatomy informed approach to movement.

    What drew me to Pilates: 

    My passion for Pilates grew during Covid lockdown trying to keep in shape as I was previously a Professional Ballet Dancer.

    My teaching style is a mix of classical and contemporary pilates. I love a slow, controlled burn. Expect balance and stability exercises with a focus on posture and placement through a nice flow!

    What drew me to Pilates & Personal Training: 

    In 2016, I broke my back during full-time ballet training which completely changed how I viewed my body and strength. Through rehab and rebuilding, I discovered Pilates and the Gym and fell in love with the way it empowers both body and mind. After retiring from Dance in 2020, movement became more than a career — it became my passion. Today, I’m driven by helping clients feel strong, confident, and sexy from the inside out.

    My teaching style & what you can expect to see in my classes: 

    My classes are always challenging, empowering, and results-driven. I love pushing clients beyond what they think they’re capable of — because that’s where real growth happens. Expect a mix of classical & contemporary programming in my Reformer classes, high energy, and yes… plenty of glute work in every session — whether we’re on the reformer or the gym floor.

    What drew me to Pilates: 

    I use to be a professional ballerina so Pilates has always been apart of my training and I’ve always loved the way it made my body feel.
