    What drew me to Pilates & Personal Training: 

    In 2016, I broke my back during full-time ballet training which completely changed how I viewed my body and strength. Through rehab and rebuilding, I discovered Pilates and the Gym and fell in love with the way it empowers both body and mind. After retiring from Dance in 2020, movement became more than a career — it became my passion. Today, I’m driven by helping clients feel strong, confident, and sexy from the inside out.

    My teaching style & what you can expect to see in my classes: 

    My classes are always challenging, empowering, and results-driven. I love pushing clients beyond what they think they’re capable of — because that’s where real growth happens. Expect a mix of classical & contemporary programming in my Reformer classes, high energy, and yes… plenty of glute work in every session — whether we’re on the reformer or the gym floor.

    What got me into coaching:

    Growing up playing sport, training was always a big part of my life. I originally started lifting to build confidence and feel better in my body, and along the way learned that being strong feels far better than chasing being skinny. Coaching allows me to help others build that same confidence, strength, and positive relationship with training and food.

    With 7 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry, I’ve worked across strength training, conditioning, and performance. My background combines both personal athletic experience and coaching a wide range of clients — from everyday gym-goers to competitive athletes.

    What got me into Coaching: 

    I got into coaching through my own training journey and love for performance-based training. What started as a personal pursuit to become stronger, fitter, and more resilient evolved into a passion for helping others unlock their potential, build confidence, and perform at a higher level — both in and out of the gym.
