What got me into the game: Going through my own weight loss journey in 2010 got me into the gym originally. I already had an underlying passion for helping people and this allowed me to bring my active lifestyle and enjoyment of helping people together.

Biggest achievement in the industry: Of course being offered the opportunity to work here at Project Reform. But prior to this would be the day I opened my own gym back in 2018. I was lucky enough to build an amazing community and help so many during the 2 years I had MPC.

Biggest Personal Achievement: Personally it would be around my cricket achievements, between first grade premierships, coaching my old school to its first premiership in 20 years and travelling the world to play and coach. I take a lot of pride in what I was able to achieve in 30 odd years being involved in a sport I love.

What you can expect to see me training: These days it’s a mix of Olympic Lifting and Conditioning. A very new mix for me, but loving every minute of it. A lot of my training is team based, hence my enjoyment around writing and training our Send It Saturdays.

Qualifications/expertise: My coaching has evolved over the years and I work hard with all of my clients on building good lifestyle habits. If these are in check outside of the gym then I believe they can give me what they can in the gym. Programming I use mainly Strength based training with a good mix of Conditioning. Qualifications: Cert III & IV in Personal Training.

What got me into the game: I grew up playing a lot of sport from a young age and from the moment I was introduced to the strength and conditioning side of being an athlete, I found a true passion that I wanted to share with the community.

Biggest achievement in the industry: My biggest achievement has been the opportunity to see consistent strength training change people’s lives. One of the best parts about working in this industry is witnessing people take control of their health and work hard to achieve their goals.

Biggest Personal Achievement: Moving to Brisbane to play basketball was a huge achievement for me. Throughout my basketball career I was lucky enough to represent Victoria and play 2 seasons as a development player in the WNBL. Aside from Basketball, I would have to say that launching my own activewear brand in 2020 was my biggest achievement.

What you can expect to see me training: You will more often then not catch me doing lower body.. With a mix of Strength, Power & Conditioning work.

What got me into the game: I have always been an active person. I grew up playing sport from the age of 6, started the gym at 7 and I spent 6 years in the Military so this all came naturally to me. So being a coach and helping others be active and not be a lazy sack just felt like the obvious step forward.

Biggest achievement in the industry: In the coaching world, having the privilege to train professional athletes and seeing them perform in their sport is a feeling I will never get tired of.

Biggest Personal Achievement: Deploying overseas was something I will always remember and be proud of. To share that experience with some of my closest friends was unreal.

What you can expect to see me training: I love training to be athletic, strong and to perform. From jumping, weightlifting, compound lifts to cardio. All the cool shit. In case of a zombie apocalypse, I want to be strong enough to fight or fast enough to leg it.

Qualifications/expertise: As above; Strength and Performance is my style of training and how I train my ALL clients. There is an athlete and everyone and I will find it. I will push you to be your best and tell you when your not. I will not babysit you but you will be a priority. Quals: Level 1 S&C / Cert 3&4.
